RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns accepted for 14 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • No restocking fee
  • Sales items must be returned within 7 days

If returned from an online purchase you will be issued with a full return or exchange. If purchased in-store you will be issued with a credit note or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as fragrance body products, earrings, perishable goods and gift cards.

Online Returns

Please send your return to the below address with your return card or order invoice:

Please retain a proof of postage in case your parcel is mislaid on its way back to us (it is your responsibility until we receive it). As soon as we receive your return back, we will inspect the order and process the return accordingly.

Please note, refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear back into your bank account.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If an item is returned outside of the returns window it will not be refunded and payment for postage must be made in order for the item to be returned to the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund and an automatic confirmation email will be sent.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
